Please note: This item is a "Special Custom Order" with a NO RETURN policy. Every bag is handmade. While we strive for perfection, sometimes the handmade qualities are on display. 

Because each bag is custom made, it will take up to 9 weeks for you to receive your order.  If you need your order urgently, please specify so in the message section and we will try to get it expedited. Thank you for your patronage!   

All sales are final as each handbag is made to order.  There are no returns or exchanges.
